About the Game
Duke Nukem, the greatest action hero of all time in the field of PC gaming is in the form of arcades back on our screens. A time to dig a mutated tripe from Manhattan!
The new Duke is not a direct continuation of the original Duke Nukem 3D, but pays tribute to old 2D Duke (Duke Nukem, Duke Nukem II). The authors apparently had in mind that simplicity is power, so we can expect clear action adventure of the old school. We will go nicely right or left, or jump back and forth ladder and we will mainly destroying swarms of enemies. And all this in the current graphics and a few new ideas and of course "Dukes" processing including all weapons and dude comments. For example, Duke has a classic indicator of health, but the "ego", which decreases when the enemy gets treated and conversely increases with the number killed.
What weapons are concerned, Duke gets into the hands of an arsenal of conventional weapons, starting with (pistol, shotgun, ...), to the funny bits like remover mutation. Favorite "mighty foot" is of course ready.
